RPTH Names First Editor’s Award Recipient: Olivia Palmer

Research and Practice and Thrombosis and Haemostasis (RPTH) named Olivia Palmer, Ph.D., as the first recipient of the RPTH Editor's Award for her article: Update on the electrolytic IVC model for pre-clinical studies of venous thrombosis.

The RPTH Editor’s Awards are presented annually to up to three early career investigators who have exemplary articles as selected by a jury of editors. Recipients of this award receive a travel grant to attend the annual ISTH Congress, providing the opportunity to network with other exceptional researchers in thrombosis and hemostasis. Note: Palmer will have the opportunity to use her award for the ISTH 2021 Congress.

In order to qualify for this award, candidates must be the first author and members of the Society in one of the early career membership categories (Student/Trainee, Medical Resident/Post. Doc or Associate) at the time articles are submitted. Candidates may indicate their interest in being considered for the award during the manuscript submission process.

Submit your research to RPTH at rpth.isth.org.
